Cancellation Policy

If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify CV Beauty at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in inability to book with CV Beauty again. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. No-shows and last-minute cancellations disadvantage our business, our staff and our clients. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and may miss out or have to go elsewhere for their appointment. Therefore, no-shows will be charged the complete service amount, if this is unable to be met you will not be able to book a future appointment with CV Beauty. Booking fee amounts used to secure your appointment are forfeited if you wish to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours’ notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, to avoid losing your booking fee.
