Service Description
Dermaplaning, also referred to as “blading”, "epi-leveling" or “levelling the skin”, is a highly effective and safe manual exfoliation procedure performed by a qualified skin therapist. Using a medical-grade sterile blade to gently scrape over the surface of the skin and effectively removing the uppermost layer of the skin, specifically epidermal skin cells that are ready to be removed and have accumulated over time and fine, vellus hair. By removing the keratinised cells, active ingredients in skincare can better penetrate deeper into the skin layers, resulting in healthier skin. This treatment also stimulates the production of new skin cells by aiding in cell turnover. This treatment isn't painful but you will feel the blade scraping over the skin, removing buildup of keratinised cells and fine hair - Gently exfoliate skin with an enzyme mask. - Relaxing scalp massage. - Antioxidant Toning Mist is used to help restore the skins natural pH levels with the added benefits of antioxidants to defend skin cells against free radical damage. Antioxidant Toning Mist leaves the skin feeling refreshed and hydrated while aiding the absorption of active ingredients into the epidermis. - Serums, facial oil and moisturiser applied.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify CV Beauty at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in inability to book with CV Beauty again. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. No-shows and last-minute cancellations disadvantage our business, our staff and our clients. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and may miss out or have to go elsewhere for their appointment. Therefore, no-shows will be charged the complete service amount, if this is unable to be met you will not be able to book a future appointment with CV Beauty. Booking fee amounts used to secure your appointment are forfeited if you wish to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours’ notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, to avoid losing your booking fee.
