CV Beauty Policies
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice so that someone else may visit us. For treatments of over $100 or one hour, if this notice is not given a 50% cancellation fee will apply. When making an appointment we will require your credit card details to secure your booking.
We will ask for your mobile number so we can confirm your appointment. We will confirm your appointment via text message the day before your appointment date and you have until 8pm on that day to respond to secure your appointment. If no response is received, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
RUNNING LATE: If you are running late we will try to accommodate you as best we can. However, to avoid inconveniencing our other clients, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time.
Payment is to be made before we can start the service. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit/debit card, zipPay payments.
There is a 1.94% per transaction fee for eftpos & credit card payments and a 5% per transaction fee for zipPay payments.
Our salon follows established procedures and due to the nature of our business; electrical equipment, hot wax, steam and other dangers to children that exist in our treatment rooms. Because of these dangers, we do not permit children in the treatment rooms. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in our waiting area. Our priority is your children’s safety and we appreciate your consideration in honouring this policy.
You are paying for the therapist's time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason on services, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a one-time complimentary touch up if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service.
